Existe una vulnerabilidad de elevación de privilegios en Service Control Manager (SCM) cuando SCM verifica de manera inapropiada los niveles de interpretación.
Vulnerabilidad de elevación de privilegios en Service Control Manager - CVE-2015-1702
Un atacante que explote por completo esta vulnerabilidad podría permitir la elevación de privilegios y hace llamadas a SCM para quienes no tienen suficientes privilegios.
